  • Performance, Promotion, and Development: Supervise company-wide performance appraisal and KPI setting, manage staff promotion and development plans, and conduct training needs analysis/events.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage all aspects of employee compensation, including payroll, bonuses, deductions, statutory payments, and the administration of employee benefits (e.g., medical, hospitalisation).
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the entire recruitment, selection, and on boarding process, manage department staffing/headcount, and maintain comprehensive employee records.
  • Budget and Strategic Planning: Forecast and manage the departmental budget, introduce cost‑cutting measures, and participate in strategic corporate exercises like succession planning and salary bench marking.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Handle conflict resolution, manage performance improvement actions, and advise the company on dismissal and termination procedures in accordance with the law.
