As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to‑day operations of our Human Resources department. This is a full‑time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, offering opportunities for professional development and growth within our organization.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding procedures.
- Coordinating employee relations activities, such as handling inquiries, addressing grievances, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives.
- Organizing and maintaining employee files and documentation in a secure and organized manner.
- Providing support for HR‑related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative support role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
