An HR-focused trading company in Klang City seeks a qualified HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee payroll, and enhance employee relations. You'll develop HR strategies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and facilitate employee development initiatives. Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection).
Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talents.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Develop, review, and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs.
Ensure the company complies with employment laws and regulations (Labour Act, EA 1955, SOCSO, EPF, EIS, etc.).
Handle disciplinary procedures, warnings, and policy violations.
Oversee monthly payroll processing (allowances, overtime, deductions).
Manage employee compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
Implement KPI systems, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Guide managers in setting performance goals and improving employee productivity.
Handle probation evaluations and confirmation processes.
Identify training needs and create annual training plans.
Organize internal/external training sessions.
Track employee development and skill enhancement.
Build strong engagement programs to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Facilitate conflict resolution and support managers on HR matters.
Develop human resource strategies aligned with business goals.
Create succession planning and workforce planning.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents.
Prepare HR reports for top management (headcount, payroll cost, hiring status).
Oversee HRIS or HR systems for efficiency and data accuracy.
