Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop and learn new skills.
  • Able to speak in English and Cantonese is a must. Cantonese is required as you will need to liaise with Hong Kong counterparts.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, shortlist candidates, scheduling job interviews).
  • Coordinate a range of recruitment activities that can include job fairs and campus events to recruit upcoming graduates.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Maintain employee's leaves, medical and attendance records, keeping track of employees’ attendance/ absenteeism.
  • Handling employees' Group Personal Accident and Hospitalization insurance issues
  • To assist and support HR Manager in planning and implementation of policies that adheres to company and group objectives.
  • Assist in conducting and planning company events or activities.
  • Assist in the monitoring of office maintenance, renovation, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in purchase of office sundries, refreshments, and stationery.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
