What you’ll be doing
  • Handling the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes
  • Administering employee benefits, leave, and payroll in compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, training, and employee engagement programmes
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR data integrity
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
