Job summary
A logistics company based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating management affairs, improving logistics systems, and supervising a team. Candidates should have a college degree, 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce warehousing, and strong leadership skills. This role provides a challenging environment to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce warehousing industry.
- Manage a warehouse team of over 30 people.
- Familiar with receiving goods, keeping accounts, and shipping processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all warehouse management affairs and continuously improve processes.
- Supervise and assess employee performance and work attitude.
- Develop and implement warehouse management workflows.
