Responsible for expanding the enterprise (ToB) customer base, with a focus on industries such as e-commerce, big data, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and advertising.
Conduct market research, client visits, and engage in both online and offline channels to proactively acquire potential customers, establishing and maintaining a high-value customer database.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their latest business developments and project requirements.
Identify and explore potential client needs, offering tailored products or solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute client retention plans to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape of cloud computing in the Indonesian and Malaysian markets.
Collect and analyze competitor information, including product features, application scenarios, pricing models, and market share.
Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports to provide data-driven insights and support strategic business decisions.
Assist in the development of local supply chain resources, including but not limited to telecommunications operators, cloud infrastructure providers, and related technology partners.
Participate in the creation of cooperation proposals, lead business negotiations, and facilitate contract signing and execution.
Track project progress to ensure timely and successful implementation of cooperative initiatives.
Degree in computer science or a related field, with basic technical knowledge to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients, and to understand product technical details and application scenarios.
Possess over two years of experience in enterprise (ToB) business development within the IT industry.
Demonstrated strong communication and business negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop and execute cooperation proposals and implementation plans.
Highly adaptable and proactive, with a strong passion for work, exceptional learning agility, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
