Strong experience in fulfillment is required, along with proven people management and analytical skills. Good communication abilities in both local language and English are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment and warehouse management, operation, or related fields is ideal.
• Demonstrated people management experience in an operational environment with team responsibility.
• Proven analytical and operational management skills are required.
• Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the warehouse operations to align with company policies and vision.
• Lead development of a high-volume warehouse and ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure integration and operation of warehouse processes and training of staff.
• Manage inbounding, reverse logistics, inventory, and outbound operations.
• Ensure service level agreements are met for all operations.
• Conduct analyses for cost optimization and performance forecasts.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on local market understanding.
• Produce regular reports on key warehouse metrics and stock movement.
