Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and deepen long-term cooperative relationships with the high-quality existing customers assigned by the company.
- Acutely identify customers’ potential needs and support the sustained and sound development of their businesses through professional services.
- Maintain awareness of food industry trends to meet demand as a consultant.
- Collaboration requires no travel; client communication can be done via phone or internet, with orders managed in SAP.
- Participate in phased training covering foreign trade knowledge, industry trends, and AI updates, while providing continuous AI tool upgrades and tutorial support to empower client development.
Requirements of the Role
- No educational or experience requirements; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to convey information clearly, understand others, and proactively address issues.
- Friendly, with a strong team spirit. Uphold professional ethics and strictly maintain company trade secrets.

Training Details & Service Fee Plans
1. Training Period
- Duration: 1 month.
- The training is free, and our company will provide professional training during this period.
- Monday to Friday: from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch).
- Saturday: from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM (including a total of 1.5 hours for breakfast and lunch).
- Format: Online courses covering product knowledge, sales skills, and software training.
- If you pass the training assessment, you will receive a service fee reward of 4,000 MYR (including a 3,700 MYR training allowance and an additional 300 MYR allowance).
2. After Passing the Training Assessment
- Stable Income Guarantee: Guaranteed service fee of no less than MYR 4,200 per month. As long as you diligently maintain clients and meet service standards, this income will serve as your solid financial foundation.
- Additional Achievement Rewards: When you successfully identify clients’ potential needs and facilitate new cooperation opportunities, you are also eligible for extra rewards.
3. About Equipment
1) To ensure the smooth progress of training and subsequent services, according to the characteristics of the independent contractor cooperation model, a dual‑screen computer is required.
