You will lead a team of digital media specialiststo drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digitalplatforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies toachieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.Lead and mentor a team of digital media specialists, providingguidance, feedback, and support to maximize their performance andprofessional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of digitalmedia initiatives with overall marketing efforts.Manage digital media budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics,ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimization ofROI.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, andbest practices in digital media, and recommend innovative strategies tomaintain competitive advantage.Conduct regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance,identifying insights and opportunities for optimization andimprovement.Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, andvendors to enhance capabilities and maximize campaigneffectiveness.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital mediaprocesses, tools, and technologies to streamline workflows and enhanceoperational efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in digital media planning,buying, and optimization, with a proven track record of driving results ina fast-paced, dynamic environment.3 years of experience in team leadership and management, withdemonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performingteams.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital mediaanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track,measure, and analyze campaign performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with theability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and externalpartners.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion forinnovation, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven,customer-centric digital media strategies.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritizeand manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tightdeadlines.Proficiency in digital media platforms and technologies,including but not limited to display advertising, paid search, social mediaadvertising, programmatic buying, and mobile marketing.Benefits:Career opportunities to lead a team and expand portfolio ofworkOpportunity to work on internal apps and SaaSplatformsFlexible work schedule and remote work optionsCollaborative and innovative work environmentStrong culture of work life balanceGenerous annual leave days for employees in markets with fewerpublic holidays Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
