Responsibility

Manage, assist, and provide printing product consultations to potential customers through sales channels:

Physical Platform: Business premises and exhibitions, face-to-face.

Online Platform: Phone, website, social media, e-commerce, and applications.

• Handle customer orders using the Flexisprint system (provide quotes, invoices, and payment receipts).
• Build strong relationships with customers to maintain the company’s business performance.
• Assist in daily outlet operations.
• Manage and obtain customer feedback on services.
