Position Summary
  • Accountable for driving revenue through IBE and digital channels by planning, executing, and monitoring comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that address all key commercial pillars.
  • Reporting to Assistant Manager, Marketing - UK and works closely with marketing team members across all regions to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Provides opportunities for excellence and exposure in a global marketing environment, offering significant learning and growth potential.
Key Accountability
  • Support the UK Marketing Team by:
  • Developing marketing plans with in-house and agency partners under senior guidance.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, revenue management, etc.) to ensure timely
  • execution of campaigns.
  • Creating tracking codes and performance dashboards for campaign monitoring and optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns are well executed and aligned with HQ.
  • Assist with analysis of route and campaign performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, focusing on maximizing ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Perform market research to ensure we remain competitive and relevant in market.
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, E commerce or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience.
Area of Experience
  • Proven experience in marketing (digital marketing a plus), with a focus on campaign management and familiarity with advertising platforms such as
  • Meta and Google.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour in response to advertisements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, including brand management, market segmentation, and marketing communications.
  • Expertise in market research and analysis, with a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including digital marketing and analytics tools. .
