Job summary
A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager for Integrated B2B operations. Responsibilities include coordinating business overview materials, managing day-to-day operations, and leading project management initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in E-Commerce or B2B operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills and teamwork. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office is essential. This role offers opportunities for strategic input and operational support.
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years working experience in E-Commerce / B2B Operation / Marketing.
- Experience in operation and marketing including reporting, analysis, and project enhancement.
- Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with IB2B Leaders for business overview materials.
- Manage and support daily operations and strategic alignment.
- Lead project management activities across IB2B initiatives.
- Prepare regional reports and dashboards related to performance.
- Manage ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
