You are confident on camera, energetic, and able to connect naturally with viewers while promoting products and driving sales. You enjoy interacting with customers both online and offline, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, communication, and engagement are key. If you love creating content, hosting live sessions, and converting viewers into customers, you will be an excellent fit for this role.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Host live product demonstrations, walk-throughs, and real-time Q&A sessions to showcase CARSOME vehicles and drive online traffic.
  • Present confidently on camera with engaging storytelling, product knowledge, and interactive audience engagement.
  • Create content ideas for social media, including short videos, live segments, and product highlights to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Engage with online leads generated through live streams, social media channels, and digital campaigns.
  • Attend walk-in, online, and referred customers, supporting them throughout the car-buying process.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, follow up with leads, and convert online interest into sales.
  • Ensure all customer documentation is completed accurately for smooth transactions.
  • Deliver excellent aftersales service to build trust and encourage repeat customers.
Your Know-How
  • Experience in live hosting, online selling, livestream e-commerce, or content creation is highly preferred.
  • Sales or customer service background (automotive, retail, hospitality, or related fields) is an added advantage.
  • Strong on-camera presence with clear communication and engaging delivery style.
  • Social media literate, familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube.
  • Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to convert digital engagement into sales opportunities.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a high‑energy, content‑driven environment.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic recording/streaming equipment.
