Job Requirements
- Education & Major: College diploma or above. Preference given to majors in International Trade, Business English, Marketing, E‑commerce, Mechanical Automation, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Mandarin speaking will be priority first. CET‑4 or equivalent level required. Must possess strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of independently drafting English promotional copy and responding to overseas customer inquiries. Familiarity with additional languages (e.g., Russian) is a plus.
- 1‑3 years of experience in foreign trade online promotion is preferred. Must be familiar with the rules of mainstream B2B platforms, overseas social media operations logic, or search engine marketing techniques.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience, campus promotion projects, or experience operating on foreign trade platforms will be given priority consideration.
Core Skills
- Familiar with the entire process of foreign trade online promotion, mastering fundamental skills such as keyword research, page optimization, and ad placement.
- Possess basic data analysis capabilities, able to identify issues through data and optimize promotion strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of design/editing software (e.g., PS, PR) or promotion tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs) is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Overseas Platform Operation: Manage account setup, product listing, keyword optimization, and window display management on mainstream B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba International, Global Sources, Made‑in‑China) to improve platform ranking and inquiry volume.
- Cross‑border Social Media Promotion: Operate overseas social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), plan topic campaigns, publish product updates and industry content, build an overseas follower matrix, and promote brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM/SEO): Optimize keyword campaigns on search engines like Google and Bing, develop SEM strategies and monitor performance. Conduct SEO optimization for the official website and product pages to improve organic search ranking.
- Content Marketing & Material Creation: Write multilingual product descriptions, industry blog posts, and promotional articles. Collaborate with the design team to create promotional videos, graphic posters, and other materials suitable for various channels.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Track promotion metrics (impressions, clicks, inquiries, conversion rates, etc.), produce regular data analysis reports, and adjust promotion strategies based on data to optimize campaign performance.
- Overseas Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor promotion strategies in target markets, identify potential customer needs, and provide insights for product iteration and promotion direction.
Salary & Benefits
- Compensation Structure: Base salary of RM 4000/month + High‑performance commission + Year‑end bonus (uncapped).
