Hands‑on experience coordinating merchandising materials and printing production
Practical understanding of retail POS systems and promotion mechanics
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders concurrently
Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and store teams
Willingness to travel to retail stores and work on‑site when required
Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools

Responsibilities
  1. Merchandising & Printing Coordination
    • Coordinate in‑store merchandising materials (price tags, promotion tags, wobblers, posters, stickers, POP displays)
    • Liaise with design teams and printing vendors to confirm artwork, specifications, quantities, timelines, and delivery
    • Ensure all printed materials are accurate, updated, and aligned with current promotions
    • Manage distribution of merchandising materials to stores and ensure correct usage
  2. In‑Store Campaign & Visual Execution
    • Execute in‑store setups for campaigns, promotions, product launches, pop‑ups, and seasonal activities
    • Coordinate store display updates based on campaign guidelines and visual standards
    • Support installation and dismantling of in‑store promotional setups when required
    • Ensure store execution aligns with brand guidelines and mall regulations
    • Ensure installations of planograms
  3. POS & Promotion System Setup
    • Configure and verify in‑store promotions in the POS system
    • Conduct test transactions prior to campaign launch to ensure pricing accuracy
    • Coordinate with finance, IT, and e‑commerce teams to resolve system discrepancies
    • Monitor and rectify promotion‑related issues during campaign periods
    • Generate and analyze sales reports
  4. Cross‑Functional & Store Coordination
    • Act as the key execution liaison between HQ and retail stores
    • Communicate execution guidelines, timelines, and requirements clearly to store teams
    • Work closely with marketing, brand, design, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout
    • Escalate operational risks or execution gaps proactively
  5. Execution Monitoring & Reporting
    • Conduct store checks (on‑site or via photo reports) to ensure execution compliance
    • Identify execution gaps and follow up on corrective actions
    • Provide post‑campaign execution feedback and improvement recommendations
    • Support the development and refinement of execution SOPs and checklists
  6. Execution Briefing & Staff Training
    • Conduct briefing for store staff on campaign mechanics, promotion rules, merchandising guidelines, and POS processes
    • Ensure store teams clearly understand execution requirements prior to campaign launches
    • Provide on‑site or remote support to resolve execution‑related issues during live campaigns
