Responsibilities

• Developing and executing comprehensive product strategies to ensure the successful launch and ongoing performance of Apex's product range.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally with teams in sales, marketing, R&D and operations to coordinate all aspects of the product lifecycle.
• Managing product roadmaps, budgets and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Liaising with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and maximise product impact.
• Continuously monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to drive product innovation and enhancements.
• Providing strategic input to the senior leadership team to support the overall business objectives.

What you're looking for

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Science, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably a qualified pharmacist with 3 years of experience in a product management or marketing role within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into effective product strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
• In‑depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards and industry best practices.
