We are looking for a proactive and motivated Seller Onboarding Executive to onboard sellers to our e-commerce platform. The role includes identifying potential sellers, connecting with them, explaining the platform benefits, and supporting them throughout the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential sellers through social media, Google searches, and online directories.
  • Contact sellers via phone or WhatsApp and clearly explain platform benefits.
  • Collect basic seller details, confirm their interest, and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Guide sellers through the registration process, KYC submission (PAN, GST, bank details), and account setup.
  • Assist sellers with basic product listing and ensure they complete the onboarding process.
  • Maintain daily trackers for leads, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth seller activation and provide necessary support.
  • Ensure a consistent onboarding pipeline and build strong relationships with sellers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Hindi fluency is mandatory (speaking & understanding)
  • Basic to intermediate English skills (reading, writing, typing)
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic online research ability (Google, social media)
