A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Assistant Manager for Integrated B2B operations. Responsibilities include coordinating business overview materials, managing day-to-day operations, and leading project management initiatives across various departments. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in E-Commerce or B2B operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills and teamwork. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office is essential. This role offers opportunities for strategic input and operational support.
Coordinate with IB2B Leaders and stakeholders to compile Business Overview (BO) materials for management reviews and strategic planning.
Verify and consolidate information in internal systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Prepare BO meeting minutes, executive summaries, and provide insights and reporting to the management team.
Support daily operations and strategic alignment across departments.
2. Marketing & Communications Support
Liaise with agency and vendors for marketing materials, visual design, and end-to-end creative execution.
Coordinate printing and production processes with BQMS for timely delivery of collaterals.
Ensure all marketing outputs align with business goals and are approved by relevant departments (Legal, CM, BU).
3. Budget Planning & Financial Coordination
Collaborate with Finance, Business Units, and Leadership to manage and align annual and project-specific budget planning.
Track inputs, submissions, and ensure reviews are completed on schedule.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
4. Project Management & Implementation
Lead and coordinate project management activities across IB2B initiatives including enhancement, campaigns, system improvements, and partner programs.
Develop implementation plans, timelines, and ensure effective project execution within budget and scope.
Analyze project requirements, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Manage and prepare regional and management-level reports and dashboards related to sales, operations, budget, and marketing performance.
Provide PowerPoint presentations, data-driven insights, and recommendations to support IB2B strategic growth.
Conduct ad hoc analysis based on leadership or HQ/RHQ requests.
6. Operational Support
Support day-to-day IB2B operations including documentation, process alignment, and stakeholder communication.
nsure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams for campaign rollouts, partner activities, and customer engagements.
7. Ad Hoc Assignments
Manage and deliver urgent or special projects as assigned by Management, HODs, or RHQ/HQ.
At least 5-7 years working experience in E-Commerce / B2B Operation / Marketing
Experience in Operation and marketing including reporting, analysis, business operations, strategic project and project enhancement.
Strong Leadership and Teamwork capability.
Practical experience with content management systems, Google Analytics, and project management software.
Follow through and work with discipline to execute a mission on time with accuracy.
Computer literacy and good in Micrsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
