We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support IT operations, procurement, and asset management. This role will be responsible for coordinating with vendors on IT infrastructure sourcing, managing IT asset and software license records, ensuring timely issuance of purchase orders and vendor payments, and assisting in the smooth execution of IT projects and policies.

• Oversee daily IT operations across QL business units.
• Maintain system access controls, user accounts, and permissions for ERP, POS, and production systems.
• Ensure high availability and performance of mission‑critical systems (e.g., ERP, POS, inventory tools).
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement of IT assets (e.g., laptops, printers, POS terminals, networking equipment).
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for hardware, software, and maintenance services.
• Administer service agreements, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Track procurement budgets, warranties, renewals, and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor communications.

• Maintain and update IT asset inventory across all business units.
• Monitor asset allocation, usage, lifecycle, and coordinate secure disposal or reallocation.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure preventive maintenance of IT systems and production devices.
• Prepare monthly reports on procurement, asset health, vendor performance, and support trends.
• Provide insights on IT cost optimization and technology upgrades.
• Support IT project planning, rollouts, and audits.
• Drive improvements in IT workflows to enhance operational efficiency in food production and retail.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Administration, IT procurement or IT support operations.
• Proven track record managing IT vendors and supporting cross‑location technology setups.
• Good organizational, analytical mindset, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management systems (advantage).
