Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd, a leading property development company, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Events Executive (Senior Exec / Manager) to join our dynamic team in Forest City, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital marketing campaigns and organising engaging events to promote our prestigious developments.

What you’ll be doing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
  • Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and timely posting.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) for campaign ideation, visual design, and performance optimization.
  • Coordinate and organize corporate events, product launches, and marketing activations from concept to execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Design and produce marketing materials (banners, posters, social media visuals, etc.) using AI-assisted and traditional design tools.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance; prepare analytical reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI, digital marketing, and event trends to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and event management, preferably in the property or luxury lifestyle industries.
