A marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Key Account Manager to lead a team and develop strategies to drive user engagement and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and must be fluent in both English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing budgets, improving loyalty programs, and engaging with clients. This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours and competitive benefits.
To lead and manage the marketing team (overseeing daily tasks, mentoring, ensuring successful execution to achieve desirable results).
Generate comprehensive Marketing Plan (yearly, monthly), setting clear objectives, detailed strategies, work allocation, budgets, timelines, and measurable KPIs.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Oversee each marketing campaign & evaluate its effectiveness (Conversion, CPA, FTD, affiliates %, etc).
Enhance and optimize current loyalty and VIP programmes by designing innovative tier‑based reward structures, personalized experiences, and exclusive perks to better engage and retain high‑value players.
Hands‑on executing and optimizing all marketing channels and activities (organic + paid), including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Google, YouTube, and TikTok. This includes creating engaging content and monitoring performance metrics.
Engage with Influencers/KOLs if required.
Hands-On Graphic Design and Basic Video Editing Skills Required.
Coordinate ordering of physical marketing collateral and corporate gifts (POSMs).
Follow up with Customer Satisfaction Surveys project.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Creatives, Customer Service & IT team, as well as externally with Suppliers / Partners.
Pursue new & manage relationships with Affiliates / Partners and negotiate deals to expand reach and drive traffic.
Serve as a key client-facing representative to present marketing strategies, campaign outcomes, and performance insights to clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Act as the primary liaison to gather client requirements, understand business needs, manage expectations, and ensure marketing initiatives align with client goals.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Provide regular reports to senior management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, or related fields preferred.
6‑10 Years of relevant experience required (with iGaming experience is a plus).
Native in both English and Mandarin is a MUST (Copywriting required).
Must be tech‑savvy (please do not apply if your computer skills are limited).
Experience with Social Media or CRM tools is a plus.
Self‑motivated with the ability to learn new digital skills or AI independently.
Highly organized & meticulous to details are important.
Creative and open‑minded.
Work From Home: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
