Job description
Senior Executive Dealer Performance Management

Monitor dealer performance (sales, aftersales, facilities and marketing KPIs) and provide performance analysis.

DQC Audit Completion - Complete all scheduled dealer audits on time and submit accurate audit reports within the agreed SLA.

Prepare, track and analyse monthly/quarterly reports, dashboards and dealer scorecards.

Operational Understanding - Demonstrate strong knowledge of dealer operation process flows (sales, aftersales, facility standards).

Proactive Issue Identification - Identify and report potential risks or gaps before escalations occur.

Maintain dealer databases, PIC lists, LMS (manpower) updates and provide administrative support for audits, training and incentive programs. Track and update dealer corrective actions promptly until closure.

Support dealer improvement programs (PESP) including root‑cause analysis and follow‑up on action plans and special projects such as dealer conferences, incentive trip evaluations and policy rollouts.

Maintain clear communication with dealers and internal departments on standards and expectations.

Sourcing for Dealer Operations – Assist in sourcing materials required to meet Dealer Operation Standards and ensure timely availability for implementation.

Support all brands under Chery Corporate Malaysia, ensuring consistent standards and performance management across the network.
