A leading HR firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and be well-versed in the Employment Act 1955. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. This position requires at least 3 years of related experience and offers benefits like annual leave and medical leave.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Must have: Well versed in Employment Act 1955.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written preferred)
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR operations independently
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Maintain organization charts, employee directory, and public holiday list.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential matters
Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Immediate availability is highly preferred
