Job summary

The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and be well-versed in the Employment Act 1955. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.   • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Administer HR processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and resignations
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, probation periods, and other HR documentation
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
  • Manage statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other mandatory obligations
  • Ensure all HR operations comply with local labor laws and corporate policies
  • Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees at all levels
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management processes
