Key Responsibilities
- Promote and represent LMM’s leadership and management development solutions to SMEs and corporates.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Conduct structured needs analysis to understand business challenges and propose appropriate organisation and people development solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives, referrals, workshops, and networking events.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and recommendations, and manage follow-ups through to confirm sales.
- Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain systematic and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline status。
- Participate actively in internal sales training, coaching, and leadership development programmes to continuously enhance effectiveness
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 1 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience in training, consulting, HR services, insurance, property, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in interaction with business owners and key decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organised, and goal-driven
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
