Job summary
A sales coordination company in Penang is seeking a dedicated individual to manage sales orders, coordinate shipments with the headquarters in Singapore, and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
Qualifications
