A manufacturing company located in Penang is seeking an individual to manage material requirements and inventory in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Business Administration, with at least 2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in the SAP ERP system. Good English communication skills are essential as the role involves collaboration with international counterparts. The position is based on-site in Seberang Perai.

• 1. Developing and managing material requirements plants to ensure a continuous flow of material of production.
• 2. Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, ensuring align with the targets and implementing strategies to minimize waste and holding costs.
• 3. Control, respond to, and track material delivery schedules.
• 4. Analysis and handling of raw material anomalies.
• 5. Operations for receiving and dispatching raw materials and goods.
• 6. Preparation of material status reports and inventory-related reports.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 2. At least 2 years or above of relevant experiences in semiconductor manufacturing or EMS industry.
• 3. Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
• 4. Good communication skills in both written and spoken in English (need to deal with Taiwan counterpart).
