As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead our talent strategy by attracting top talent, strengthening our employer brand, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will build robust talent pipelines, collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers, and oversee the full talent acquisition cycle. This role also offers the chance to guide and develop the team, enhance recruitment practices, and foster a high-performance, future-focused culture.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and engage top talent through diverse sourcing channels.
  • Build pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Conduct screenings and partner with HRBPs and hiring managers on selection.
  • Oversee the full talent acquisition cycle—from posting to onboarding.
  • Promote our employer brand through events and social media.
  • Develop partnerships with universities and training institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and streamline processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and share insights for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Coach and support recruiters to enhance team capability.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Oracle Recruitment, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
