The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee order processing, and support the company in achieving its sales targets.
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Professional certifications in Sales or Marketing are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
- Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- To provide superior customer service and bring in sales for the company.
- Act as the liaison between the maker and customer on all aspects such as order processing until shipment stage.
- Coordinate customer order with related departments for order fulfillment in terms of delivery on time, goods shipped as per contract, quality, and packaging requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of sales contracts (Performa Invoices) as required by customer.
- Notify and get customer concerns before shipment arrangement and provide shipping advice.
- Ensure all required shipping documents are accurately prepared for every shipment and send to customer in time.
- Expand existing customers’ buying product range.
- Optimize stock inventories.
- Issue customer change notice.
- Ensure customers pay in time.
- Any other duties given from time‑to‑time.
