Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently manage sales orders, quotations, purchase orders (POs), invoices.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, ensuring timely follow-ups and request monitoring.
  3. Responsible for coordinating and arranging shipments with Singapore (HQ) to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process (under shipping terms).
  4. Monitor and manage consumable stock levels to ensure timely replenishment for service/laboratory operations.
  5. Maintain and update sales and purchase records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Check supplier quotes, issue Purchase Orders, and liaise with suppliers for goods arrival schedule.
  7. Coordinate with the finance team and follow up with customers regarding payment status.
  8. Organize and maintain customer/suppliers forms, contracts for easy access and reference.
  9. Participate in ISO 9001 documentation and internal audits to ensure compliance.
  10. Assist any additional tasks assigned by superiors and management as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales coordination/customer service roles is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with English‑speaking clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
  • Team player with independent problem‑solving abilities.
