A values-driven HR consultancy is looking for a proactive Administration Executive in Kuala Lumpur to support HR and payroll tasks for Australian clients. The role involves handling client calls, processing payroll, managing background checks, and assisting with document formatting and social media. Ideal candidates will have a strong administrative background, attention to detail, and good Microsoft 365 skills. You will be part of a supportive team that emphasizes a people-first, collaborative culture. Salary ranges from RM3500 to RM4000 depending on experience.
Qualificações
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or professional administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Ability to learn quickly and remain organized under pressure.
Responsabilidades
- Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries for HR team.
- Process payroll for Australian clients.
