Job description

• Manages the staff, processes and activities for maintaining organisation production to ensure safe, continual, training and efficient operation.
• Managing employees and helping them in areas of improvement
• Maintaining standards of quality and safety as set by management and global organisations
• Keeping a record of all day-to-day production activity.
• Provide regular status reports to management on application status and other metrics.
• Coordinate escalation and resolution of production issue.
• To assist in Develop new products.
• Ensuring the proper working of all machine and systems in the facility. Ensures the periodic and preventative maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.
• Complying with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while carrying out maintenance functions.
• Troubleshooting problems in the production line
• Perform other duties as assigned.
