Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports to management on sales performance and market developments.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (chemistry background). Minimum 3 to 5 years in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Required Skills: 1) Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationships, market trends, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 2) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, solid analytical skills. 3) Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 4) Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed (approximately once per month).
