We are looking for a committed and responsible Sales & Admin Executive to support our Plantation Division. The ideal candidate will handle sales coordination, administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates with basic knowledge of Halal requirements will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily sales coordination and customer service.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, delivery orders, and related documents.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Coordinate with plantation operations team on product availability and logistics.
  • Ensure documents and processes comply with company policies; knowledge of Halal compliance is beneficial.
  • Handle enquiries from customers and suppliers promptly.
  • Support management in any ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
