Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well‑spoken associate in inside sales to join our team. The associate will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets and be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate salesperson for further development and closure.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information by e‑mail.
  • Obtaining orders through e‑mail and telephone calls, verifying and entering items, transferring orders to fulfillment, explaining stock‑outs and expected delivery dates.
  • Increasing orders by suggesting related items, explaining features and checking customer’s buying history.
  • Preparing, generating and following up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders, or determining the reason for loss of order.
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in Sales / Telesales.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to perform basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IT industry and solutions – hardware, software and services is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
