• Process supplier invoices into Oracle system according to standard work instruction.
• Perform research to resolve invoice issues (terms, quantity and price discrepancies).
• Communicate professionally with vendors and buyers via phone and e‑mail to provide status on invoices.
• Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned and deemed necessary.

• College or equivalent qualification, preferably in accounting.
• Diligent and careful in work.
• Good communication skills and similar working experience preferred.
