Job summary

Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain client records, databases, and cloud-based systems

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organisatio

Perform daily and monthly accounting entries, invoicing & payment tracking

Provide accurate monthly sales, expenses, collection and payment reports

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Perform HR tasks such as statutory contribution payment and reporting

Monitor incoming enquiries, emails, and client feedback, and manage them and assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and coordinating appointments or meetings

Assist in preparing letters, emails, reports, and basic documentation

Perform any other ad-hoc and regular administrative, finance, tax and HR duties assigned by management

Qualifications

Minimum SPM; Fresh grads in Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Business Administration, or related field, part qualified in ACCA/CIMA/related qualification

Basic accounting knowledge is preferred

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents

Good communication skills and positive attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team
