Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to warehouse service administration users for smooth operations.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new hires at branches to ensure readiness.
  • Monitor and drive WSA target achievements to maintain performance standards.
  • Track and control general expenses and entertainment budgets for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams and RM to improve operational workflows, systems, and equipment usage.
  • Collect, analyze, and report operational data (e.g. ME mileage, jobs, storage, forecasting).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in operations or warehouse administration.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
