A leading design development organization is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee strategic planning, risk management, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in corporate management and a strong background in business or finance. Career Opportunity as Chief Executive Officer
Malaysia Design Development Centre (DDEC) is a subsidiary of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) and was established to spearhead the development of design and creativity in Malaysia. DDEC provides entrepreneurs with design, product development and training services. DDEC invites qualified, experienced and proactive candidates to apply for the position of Chief Executive Officer.
The vacancy is a key position and the officer in charge is fully responsible for strategic planning, organizational integrity, risk management and implementation of company policies and plays a major role in the overall journey and success of the organization.
Possess at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years of working experience in Corporate Management and Administration and a background in Business/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Finance or related field. Priority is given to candidates with a vast experience in Creative and Design Management.
Excellent managerial performance with dynamic leadership qualities and visions, strategic with proactive thinking capabilities and astute policies and decision maker.
Ability to govern effectively its administrative, financial, human resources and assets tasks in achieving the company's objective, and
Candidates who possess extensive business networks, innovative thinking skills with high integrity virtue, excellent communications skills, and display entrepreneurial qualities are recommended to apply.
This is a contract-based position. Salary, allowances and other terms and conditions are subject to the consideration and approval of the Board of Directors of the company.
