Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting/finance.

Must have knowledge and experience in e-Invoicing (LHDN).

Proficient in UBS Accounting Software (UBS is a must).

Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare full sets of accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Handle month‑end closing, accruals, and journal entries.
  • Manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update loan schedules, fixed asset registers, and other finance trackers.
  • Handle payments, expenditure, petty cash, and staff claims efficiently.
  • Maintain and reconcile cashbooks, bank reconciliations, and collections.
  • Manage SST matters, including computation and submission.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc financial reports within deadlines.
  • Assist in tax matters, including preparation of tax documents and responding to tax queries.
  • Support implementation of e‑Invoicing (LHDN) requirements for invoicing and documentation.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.
