Job description

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Monitor CAPEX spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and disposal of assets.

Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.

Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Head of Department

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting

At least 2–3 years of working experience in finance or accounting.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping and financial reporting.

Ability to prepare financial statements, handle accounts payable/receivable, and manage month-end closing.
