Software Testing Project Coordinator

A gaming company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Testing Project Manager to oversee quality assurance in game testing. Responsibilities include organizing testing processes, leading a team of testers, and ensuring effective communication within the project. The ideal candidate has over a year of relevant experience, is familiar with both iOS and Android platforms, and is proficient in English and Chinese. - More than 1 year of testing project manager experience in video games.
- Familiarity with iOS/Android/PC platforms and testing applications.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and agile workflows.
Responsabilités
- Organize game product testing for smooth project release.
- Lead a group of game testers for clear communication.
- Assign tasks and set goals for team members.
- Ensure quality processes and game product versions.
Connaissances
- More than 1 year of testing project manager experience, preferably in video game testing. Familiar with relevant technologies of iOS/Android/PC platforms and have experience in testing applications or games.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and agile workflows.
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills. Able to communicate in both English and Chinese and edit reports and documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Knowledge of database is a plus.
- Responsible for organizing game product testing, including functions, compatibility, and other dimensions to ensure the smooth release of the project.
- Lead a group of game testers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to team members to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and whole version of game products. Work with teams to plan, schedule and ensure QA involvement in all phases of production.
