We are seeking a motivated Finance graduate (majoring in Accounting) to join our team as a Finance Executive. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking hands‑on experience in financial operations, invoicing, and customer account management.

Details of Employment
  • This will be a 6-month contractual employment with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the 6 months, depending on performance and the availability of a suitable vacancy.
  • This internship will be based in Shah Alam - Seksyen 23.
  • Working hours are from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm: 5‑day workweek.
  • Parking is free.
Key Responsibilities

1. Invoicing & Billing

  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers.
  • Ensure all payment terms, due dates, and instructions are clearly stated.
  • Maintain timely and organized billing workflows.

2. Payment Processing

  • Record and allocate incoming customer payments.
  • Match payments to the correct invoices with accuracy.

3. Collections

  • Follow up on overdue accounts via email, reminders, and calls.
  • Assist in maintaining healthy cash flow and reducing outstanding receivables.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries.
  • Support financial decision‑making by highlighting key trends and outstanding items.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing or payment issues.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolutions.
