Job Descriptions

• Assist in handling investor relations matters for the Group, including communicating with the company’s shareholders, other stakeholders and the financial community.
• Assist in the preparation of announcements, circulars, board papers, presentations, annual reports and AGM matters.
• Assist in undertaking feasibility studies, valuation and research on corporate projects/exercises.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related professional qualifications.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years experience in investment banking, accounting firms or corporate finance.
• Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, accounting and evaluation of financial viability of projects, as well as analytical skills.
• Strong command (verbal and written) of English for reporting and networking purposes.
