Job summary
A leading automotive company in Selangor, Puchong, is looking for a dedicated Automotive Sales Associate to enhance customer experience during vehicle sales. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive sector, and a passion for exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include demonstrating vehicle features, managing customer databases, and achieving sales targets in a collaborative team environment. Applicants should possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be available for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales or automotive industry is strongly preferred.
- Possess a positive and keen to learn attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Build rapport with potential customers to enhance future sales.
- Assist customers with paperwork for successful sales processing.

- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays.
- To arrange for the handover of the new vehicle with maximum customer orientation.
- To develop and provide good after sales customer care in order to create basis for repeat sales.
- Able and willing to participate in roadshows, sales activities and launching events if required.
- Prior experience in sales or automotive industry is strongly preferred.
- Commission Based
- SPM & above
- A positive and keen to learn attitude
- Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
- Able to multi-task and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
- Competent in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Opera system will be added advantage.
