Business Development Executive (Selangor Area)

VX VENTURES SDN. BHD. – Damansara, Selangor

Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand the company’s customer base within the Selangor region.
  • Conduct field visits, sales presentations, and client meetings to promote company services/products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipelines, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Marketing (preferably 1–3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to travel frequently within the Selangor area (own transport preferred).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, strong initiative, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Work Base
