We offer design, development (software), fabrication (hardware), assembly and installation of test fixtures and/or tested platforms.

Established in 2008, THMY operates as a manufacturing facility spanning approximately 14,760 sq ft factory in Perai, Pulau Pinang.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, relationship management, and commercial acumen to translate business strategies into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities and Authority
  • Responsible to oversee the entire Sales department activities includes customer communication, contract proposal, contract review, handling of customer feedback includes complaint and etc.
  • To explore new customers and securing new Sales.
  • To continue work with existing customers for repeating Sales.
  • Assign Sales accounts for Sales Engineers to follow up and close Sales.
  • Keep the pipeline functioning and provide the operating team and R&D team accurate technical details.
  • Report all the business development activities and responsible for prospecting and report to top management.
  • To update company members on market information including market status, new technology and other relevant information.
  • Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility;
  • Accountability to the organization Sales & Marketing activities;
  • Other tasks assigned by the BD Director
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma (preferably Electrical and Computer engineering or equivalent).
  • Working Experience: minimum 5 years working experience in similar field/position
  • Must have knowledge in ICT and Functional Test.
  • Proven success in developing new markets and delivering new business
  • Experience working with application engineers and sales support resources
  • Experience balancing volume and strategic sales.
  • Sounds technically strong with good soft skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Independent, organized and target oriented
  • Eager to learn and consistently seek to improve professionally through technical and other trainings
  • Others : Highly motivated and result oriented.
