What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrating the features and benefits of our KIA vehicles to generate interest and secure sales
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product range, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer Ownership experience from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate records and documentations

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry or a fast-paced, customer-facing industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent and active in social media and IT
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a team
• Valid driving license and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
