A leading pharmacy company in Klang City is looking for a Medical Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experience in medical sales. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and leading a team of medical representatives. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are a must, along with a diploma or degree in a related field. This hybrid position requires travel within the territory. - Client Management: Manage existing key accounts and clients in an assigned area and developing new accounts.
- Product Promotion: Promoting prescription drugs, supplements, nutritional drinks, rehabilitation supplies, and various medical supplies to existing pharmacies, clinics and veterinary clinics and hospitals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of medical representatives to achieve collective goals.
