Job summary

An automotive sales company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking motivated individuals to drive sales of TQ Wuling vehicles. Responsibilities include promoting cars, participating in marketing events, managing customer interactions, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Experience in automotive sales is a plus. This is a contract position with a basic salary of RM1,700 plus commission.

Job Responsibilities
  • Promote and drive sales of TQ Wuling vehicles,
  • Participate in branch-level sales activities, roadshows, marketing events, and product launches.
  • Manage daily prospecting, follow-up, customer engagement, and test drive sessions.
  • Comply with TQ Wuling’s operational guidelines, policies, and sales procedures.
  • Deliver a high-quality, memorable customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales target of 3 units and support branch performance goals.
Job Requirements
  • With a valid driver’s licence.
  • Experience in automotive sales is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
  • Candidates with own transport are preferred.
  • Willing to work extended hours when necessary (events, promotions).
  • Able to work at the location as advertised.
  • Able to work independently with integrity and discipline as required by company rules.
